Houston-based PM Realty Group is breaking ground this month on Jacobs Plaza, part of the first phase of Woodbranch Park in the Energy Corridor. The complex, at 12140 Wickchester Lane, near Dairy Ashford and Interstate 10, will eventually include two 175,000-square-foot, seven-story buildings overlooking an internal park with a major water feature.
Amsterdam-based Stena Realty owns the office complex, and Phase I is expected to be completed by August next year. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture is the designer for the project, and PM Realty is also managing and leasing the complex. PM Realty declined to comment on the project.
Pine Creek Ranch is located at 3600 College Park Drive in The Woodlands. ARA Real Estate Investment Services. The community is situated on 12 acres of land, just two miles from Panther Creek where home prices exceed $1,000,000.

Reports and rumors after the new tower was announced but there hasn't been any recent news heard since. it seems like it would be hard to find someone to buy their huge old campus from them, but maybe it could be split up into a business park or something. if they were to relocate the rest of their employees they would need a pretty large tower one would think. maybe Houston's next supertall?

One reader describes the highrise: "The building has a unique design that will twist as [i]t goes up, changing the viewpoint of the higher levels (towards downtown, I believe). They’re planning a 5-story parking garage with one level below grade. On top of the garage will be an amenities level, including a pool and clubhouse among other things. It’ll be connected to the tower via a skybridge. The tower will be bordered by Jackson St. (west), Hermann Dr. (south), and Ewing St. (north).

Renovation of GreenStreet, formerly known as Houston Pavilions, will begin at the end of August, said Jonathan Brinsden, CEO of project developer Midway.
The renovation of the three-block long downtown retail, office and entertainment center is expected to be finished by early March, he said.

The initial work will focus on the middle block's courtyard, he said. Once all renovation is complete, storefronts along Dallas will be lined with outdoor patios and the courtyard in the middle block will be expanded to allow for events.
