The new project which is being headed by Houston based PM Realty Group, will be a landmark project for the city and the first phase of a new development based out of the Woodbranch Park area in the Energy Corridor of Houston. Houston-based PM Realty Group is breaking ground this month on Jacobs Plaza, part of the first phase of Woodbranch Park in the Energy Corridor. The complex, at 12140 Wickchester Lane, near Dairy Ashford and Interstate 10, will eventually include two 175,000-square-foot, seven-story buildings overlooking an internal park with a major water feature.

Amsterdam-based Stena Realty owns the office complex, and Phase I is expected to be completed by August next year. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture is the designer for the project, and PM Realty is also managing and leasing the complex. PM Realty declined to comment on the project.
